When making notes, how do you get different font colors, and underlining..and all that jazz...

You use HTML code. The whole note can be edited with HTML. I believe the following would change your color.

<color>Enter text here</color>

Put =color after the first color box.

I believe HTML is only blocked in note titles. Javascript is blocked in bodies as well.

Javascript is commonly used to make Web pages respond to user input or change over time without reloading. These are not things that Cantr notes should realistically do, and Javascript can also be used to make notes that do bad things to people who read them; therefore Javascript is disabled.
HTML is the regular formatting language for Web pages, and is what is usually used in Cantr notes. HTML in titles can be used to display large images or obnoxiously large, small, colored or blinking text; therefore HTML is only allowed in note bodies.

I wish they would get rid of all the old notes with HTML titles too...I picked up one in Krif once and it ruined all my turn reports for all my characters that day.

Oh it's a pleasant throwback every once in a while! Like ink dripping on your hands or something. And it's also to know that a document's really old....

It's the subtle imperfections and surprises...if everything were homogenous it would make for a boring game.

How do you work HTML, anyway? Is there a site to learn it or some such thing?
