Usage Based Decay!

I know this got a mention in Phalynx's thread but it's big enough that I think it deserves its own, complete with exclamation mark. :D

So...guys, we have usage based decay! Let's all discuss, or celebrate, or something. *does the happy dance*

I am happier about the reduction of decay on unused objects than I am about usage decay. However they are both great improvements, and a lot of work done by the people who did it.

Usage Decay has been in the works for the while (back before I was even in the Resource Department back when I was in the Resource Department which had to be at least two years ago.). I'm surprised it is just getting done especially since Time Decay has been in place for a while.
