Any Andmins -- possible problem in Naron...

Postby boomhaeur » Wed Dec 17, 2003 10:45 pm

Someone in there is seemingly on the verge of causing a hell of a lot of trouble in Naron just because he doesn't understand the game.

I tried talking with him to help him understand but he's just resorted to hitting everyone in sight. Anything you can do?

The name he goes by in Vandread - constant OCC chatter, stealing and hitting people...

That happens. Hitting everyone is allowed but not encouraged. As for the OOC chatter the players dept can work though that with them.

Anytime you need them to do this players@cantr.net is a good way to send send details and keep your character private. That way they have an e-mail they can contact you on for further questions.

Chracter name and location is a good start.

I look at it like casting a wide net of 15 characters... some get wasted (senslessly murdered or starve to death in the wilderness) and some are keepers. :) If you feel too possessive, its kind of hard to enjoy the game (although being shield conscious is by no means being overly possessive)

It's hard to expect 15 wins everytime, at least I don't. :)

It's easy to get possessive when you've had a character for what seems like forever, developed them, and someone comes through with a crossbow or sabre and all you've got is an iron shield and you DIE!!!

....   lol. okay, yah. Easy to get possessive ;)

Personally, I like when my characters die. Then you can look back on the life they lead. Only time I dont like when my characters die is when they arent famous, but should be. (damn Marcus Lupus... nobody knows him!)

Marcus Lupus? Who the hell is he? LOL

I've never had a character die that I'm emotionally attached to. Although, I'm attached to 8 of my characters...mainly the ones in Krif. :)
