Yeah. When the Blackrocks or a splinter of the Blackrocks went to Kwor Fields and ran into a lot of trouble, Suzima tried to make clear that the Dannan only aimed to protect the fields and anyone who sought shelter or aid. Like with the Healing Center.
Its sad to hear that the Dannan are falling apart now. How did Doc Petren go? I wonder whether or not it was a good thing that I stopped playing just before the worst part of the war came. All of the earlier conflicts really stressed me out IRL. :P

Oh, and Kinvoya, what town did that occur in? Did the entire Dannan jump into a boat or something? Kwor Fields would've been safe enough from sea attack, and I can't imagine that the Blackrocks could've gotten that far after leaving the island...

At this point the Black Wolves were so totally winning the war. They had killed about six people and somehow got the rest of the de Dannons as prisoners with no losses at all. Maybe someone else remembers how that happened.

If my Character would of had his way we would of undocked as soon as we had Rosemary on boad. Floated on the Water until she was dead then take her keys redock and take the fight inside. But Traitor Nakita insisted that we not. NOT kill Rosemary and NOT undock because she wanted Jim alive. At that point My Character did not know that she was a Traitor and considererd her his Ris Lover. Being such he obeyed her, and Rose got to live, Jim got to Die, The rest of us got locked up. While He was locked up he himself witnessed her Betrayal as well while he was drug from one prison cell to antoher.

We were captured when they killed Jim and took his keys, they simple came out straight on board and drug us all inside. But it was a needed releave for ME as a player. It was getting old waking up every hour at night to check on things.

TBR actually went all the way to Fu Put with the vague information that they had of it's general direction. They had a small map with only about three locations on it indicating that it was unsettled. They thought they could make it into an all TBR island.

Eventually, though, they returned to Burgeo and were living in Burgeolip (sp?) in the great stone palace built by Austin Powers.

At one point Jim de Dannon said he had a force of 15. I guess the rest of them were on a larger ship.

Well I know I saw a few fully loaded ships, and probably about 10 people. I never got to see who was on the other ships in the fleet however.

And as for Nakita, the actions of her and nick were a large reason for my character's joining the Dannan family, after being pardoned that is.

There were around 30 people on the three rakers. There was (more than) a bit of disorganization and several people fell asleep on the way over so I'd guess only 20 or so ever landed on the island and not ever in a well orginized strike.

I can give Dusty's account of events in a couple days, but I would need to rewrite what I wrote because a lot of it was his opinions of other characters who are still alive and I don't want to flavor anybody's views of these people.

*she watches them all as she remembers one of her charries locked in jail* Hehehe... jail wasnt all that bad. It was quiet an adventure and challenging. I saw behind bars with Nikata and Jim. They were trying to talk to my charrie but I was asleep. ;) I'll just let you all do all the story telling and sit back to see if anyone misses anything out. So far you havent. hehe.... I think. :D *she waves to the player of Rosemary* . You are such an excellent player. Great job!

I had several involved...
My very first, named Crosshair, lasted only five or six days...
He spawned in Karnon Forest about 1000. Picked up some Papayas, and was dragged and starved to death in the prison there.

My second, Cassius Buleas, was undoubtedly my most successful.
As a young man, he was idealistic and not the cleverest of people, realising his talents lay in following orders and instilling morale. And so he joined up, in the KIA, thinking it'd all be a fantastic adventure. Quickly he gained rank, achieving Sergeant before he was 24, a role he was spawned to play, (one of my most memorable RP moments was his pep talk to a demoralised soldier, encouraging her to polish her shield so as to blind the enemy as she charged them with all her friends and ideals at her heels.) An uneventful eleven years passed for him, where only once did he go to the Forest, unknown to the leadership, and commited an act of espionage, only to have his cover blown by an ex soldier of the KIA who did not like him. He made good his escape and returned to be promoted to the rank of Major. Then I deleted my account. He died in his home at the age of 31, from a heart attack.

The third, I forgot his name, was a Blackrock for a while, a Postmaster, if I recall. He led an unevenful time, hardly realising the war was on, before taking off and dying on the road ( I deleted acc.)

Carl Malard was my last. A private, not 21 when he took part in the expulsion of TBr from Karnon Forest. He stayed, joined the Order of the Holy Father for a while, before leaving again to join the Navy. By this time he was a First Officer, and was helping construct all the Navies boats. He returned to Karnon for instruction, only to be coaxed into a back room by a man named Needle and died of Starvation after days and days of mental torture.

S'all.

Dusty Rose spawned in Karnon, I believe just after TBR left the island. He was the first character I had spawn in a large town and I as a player was intrigued by the patriotic imperial names of the buildings and notes and such. I really liked the formal laws and adapted that into his character by making him legalistic and patriotic. He joined the army and spent a short while without a unit before being put into the Razgriz unit under Commander Zandy Harrin. Spent some time in Karnon Forest and Karnon before being transferred to Karnon Seaside to help build boats.

In the seaside he emulated his commander and developed a quieter personality like his commander, placing action over words. Dusty pretty well idolized Zandy Harrin. He looked to him as the ideal soldier and worked to be like him. He also treated everything he said as unquestionable truth.

After quite a bit of sitting around waiting for orders from Karnon the soldiers finally shipped out. Dusty was upset from the beginning of the boat ride about General Blair breaking up the units. He wanted to follow Harrin not some less then well know commander who seems to be more interested in pleasing his wife then leading his troops. He was frustrated with the disorganization and indecision on the K-Isle side of things throughout the whole sea fight. There were too many leaders trying to push their plans. When the Rakers reached Bergondilip they spent a few more days sitting off the coast arguing about what to do. Finally Nick and three other fighters docked to the KIN boat and hit some of the leaders, although I don’t think they killed anyone. Which ended any possibility of treaty talk which was one of the coursed of action being thrown around. At that point the beach landings began.

Often the landing boats were off doing their own thing without communication with each other for days. Dusty was on a longboat with General Blaire, his wife, and Corporal Donna. All of whom were older and more experienced fighters then him. But Dusty had the hardest hit on the boat. There was a big difference between being in the Razgriz under Harrin then in the longboat with the Baires. Commander Harrin gave orders while General Blaire asked for advise. Dusty of course answered these questions and gave his opinions because Woody was in command. He became more vocal as time went on.

After being trained under the more direct, confident, black and white ways of Harrin. It was a whole different experience working under General Blare who would question his own orders. Dusty never had a lot of confidence in Woody, but he would still do what Woody asked and give his opinions when he asked because Woody was in command.

The four of us on the longboat moved between the beach and the raker al least half a dozen times docking for only a few minutes at a time and never having much if any contact with any of the other boats. The beach was always empty and Choroni Blaire was never interested in sticking around because she was afraid someone would come out and kill her husband. Dusty agreed, the Army needs a commander and he didn’t like Andur to much. As the war went on we got a little bolder and stuck around to make some progress on some lock breaking projects.

Eventually we were successful at lock breaking and Dusty took a longboat, I think it was the Jacky Abu, out to the raker. Nick and Steven docked and he was stuck alone with them fighting for control of the boat for a while. Blows were exchanged and nobody died so it was nothing but a bit of talk from Nick who was trying to paint himself as the victim, and short and simple if any responses from Dusty who was sure that one of these two men had killed his commander and didn‘t much want to say anything to them or play any mind games. And of course many many steering changes. The Blaires came over to the boat a couple of times on a dingy and eventually Nick gave up and went back to the island so I took the boat out to the raker. But Nick looted the boat before he left.

A few days later Andur popped over to the KIN raker saying that Nick and his Darter had missed the docking tide and would be docking the Kwor raker in X min. Everyone who was awake got on little boats and went over to that raker to meet the TBR fighters when they docked. Nick and Steven were both killed by Corporal Donna after who knows how many shots and sword swings, while the third guy on the darter undocked it and escaped.

After that General Blare took his team back to Bergsometihngyilip to break into the buildings and figure out who was left. Most of the boats on the beach took off after Nick died and took everything of value with them. Andur took what was left and went chasing the fleeing boats, leaving the small group of KIA soldiers to figure out what to do with the rest of these people who were in the buildings. Dusty found some keys in au unlocked backroom, unlocked what doors he could and helped break the locks he couldn’t, freeing the DeDannons who were still alive.

Buff showed up during this time, Dusty thought we could talk him into using his sweet boat full of machines to rebuild the town. General Blaire said he was a dirty lying blackrock so we tried to kill him instead. If Dusty would have landed a hit he probably would have died but he missed. Buff took off in his boat and the town was again left with nothing.

While trying to figure out what to do with this war worn town news came from the homeland that Bryan Gob killed Pink (The news might have come earlier I cant remember any more). Soon after his boat appeared on the Horizon. A treaty was thrown together under the urging of Dusty (now much more vocal than before) who wanted to preserve the safety of Karnon. Bryan landed was lured out of his boat and dragged onto our longboat. We went out to the raker with him and headed home to bring the treaty to our side.

Dusty though that the war was lost by The Blackrocks and not won by Karnon. It was a grave disappointment for him because his shining empire was not the perfect government with an unbeatable military that he imagined it was. His idealized view of Karnon was replaced with a pessimistic view and a motivation to make Karnon or at least his unit of the army into the ideal that he had envisioned it as when he was younger. He died of an unexpected heart attack in Karnon Seaside shortly after being promoted to Colonel.

In some way the death of Naleph Nayr, Zandy Harrin, Jim DeDannon and a few other prominent leaders really helped the K-Isle army to get organized, because then the only people who were giving orders were Andur and Woody. Plus Woody only had two or three people to give him conflicting advise instead of half a dozen, so he came to decisions quicker.

Unfortunately for me Dusty could only land hits on Nick through the whole war. He probably would have killed Buff if he landed his hit and missed Steven twice; not to mention the irritating taunting of Bryan when he took very little damage after a joint attack were Dusty missed yet again.

I always wondered what had happened to Dusty. Zandy was always proud of Dusty being a part of his unit, and saw him as the best soldier in his Unit. He knew all the laws seemingly by heart, and Zandy respected his patriotism.
Lt. Goodheart was always sleeping and late, Cpl. Donna went way down in his books and in mine as a player, when she somehow ended up knowing every-last wiki detail of boats in Karnon seaside, even though she had never seen water. Very poorly played, inconsistent character.

Dusty, though, was the exception in in the Unit, and was a damn good soldier. In Zandy's eyes, he thought Dusty would as twice the soldier Buleaus could ever be, and hoped to put him up for a Commanders position after the war.

It's sad to hear that his heart failed him, though. Props Mafia Salad, for playing him that well :)

Don't start with the Wiki thing.

AHAHAHA!!! My involvement? LOLACOPTER!

Well seriously though, I had Sevroth Langu, who just wore out both sides really lol. He was told to gather 10,000 grams of coal for the Blackrocks when he spawned, then they ditched him. He built a home in Kwor and eventually went to get hematite after a loooonnnggg time (10 cantr years+)

Anyway, he tried starting a revolution, tried making Tahl supreme leader, knowing if it worked he'd get a cut of it. He was a really arrogant character, he'd bitch all the time.

Then some charrie died there. Sevroth looted all the items, he became really rich.

He was persued from the Top of the island down to Kwor. He travelled through about 5 towns, with two plus motorbikes chasing him. I was really shocked how far he made it, he was attacked by about 3-5 people each day.

He thought he was invincible and was killed in a Kwor prison.

Throughout his life he had no friends. He made enemies with everyone and this was primarily because he had felt so detached and 'dumped' behind by the Blackrocks.

They had given him a certain longbow- which he cherished till the end of his life, only using that weapon as an alternative over others, saying it was a 'more powerful' bow lol.

I forget, though, did he actually have ANY friends?

We're really off-topic now but...
Yes, My char liked him, despite everything. She was very much upset at having to take part in killing him, but made good use of the iron he left behind.
