I decided to delete my Cantr account. I pressed an 'X' yesterday and I've spent ones of the most gruesome and exhausting 24 hours in my life. Only to... not be able to bring myself to delete it in the end. I was soooo close to doing that! So close. Seriously, whoever decided to force you to wait 24 hours before deleting your account was a conniving and heartless bastard.
Anyway, I am not going to even try that again. Not in years.

I feel like, as a somewhat new player, I've been encouraged to quit by having my willingness to rp an unpleasant situation completely and utterly squashed. You know... it'd be nice to have some give with the take as an rp'er.

As relative older player (well, some have played 10 years so 2 years is nothing) I have noticed increase on such behavior.... I'm not against bad guys but there's some people who just join the game to bring chaos and just generally ruin the game for others. This includes newspawn thieves, random thieves and murderers (We have Near death-state now, no point to kill anyone and possible ruin their game by doing it matter of minutes :/ We don't even have real wars anymore since there's not enough people and such thing might just make things worse) Problem isn't being bad guy, it's how they might take some time to act as normal people and then strike and a bit later you get to see them have a heart attack. Nothing against rules but highly annoying

There's some more things that have changed.. I feel people are generally too tied to old habits and someone "different" get thrown out and I don't really think we can afford that, there's already so few players that we should encourage them to stay and keep playing instead throwing them out. That might be even as simple as giving them cheap tandem bike and basic tools or something.

I have also lost the spirit of the game but there's still some things that I enjoy here and there and still have great moments, I just feel this general meh I rather just stay here fixing bone tools instead of doing something and help people is just sad and..depressing. By quitting or taking break I would make game less fun for others too.. Not to mention If I wouldn't feed some people, I would kill 10 chars...

I decided to hang in there, though the decision did not come lightly. Part of this was due to the .. probably 3 characters that would maybe be emotionally impacted... part was due to a few in-game ooc conversations of others encouraging me that the rottenness which happened isn't common (thank you)... and part of my reasoning is because....what...4?... people have quit in the last week? I just discovered another today, and me and my character are deeply saddened at missing the opportunity to interact with your refreshingly unique character.
