The average number of English characters sharing the same coordinates is 4.98, but this also includes all the ships at sea. If it was actual towns, the number would likely be higher.

Two of my characters have visited. It's on a Polish island. The only English town there, as far as I know.

What Seko said, but there's no other settlements anywhere around it. My character mapped the area around it, then hitched a ride with some Poles after the leader left and put an idiot in charge of the town. I don't really have anything against the place, but it was exceedingly boring there.

And since you got me curious about the corpses in Lake Village, I checked that too and it was surprisingly low. I knew about two of them in advance and didn't check who the rest were.
