The room where she became the happiest woman on Cantr.
I miss her so much.

Sorry I'm so terrible at roleplaying him.

Image
Disclaimer: Snick is not muscular like this picture portrays her. Like, at all. She's just rather fat. Not muscular, just fat. Bear with the obvious inaccuracy.

Image
I miss this character too. She's fun to roleplay.
Sorry, I couldn't really find anything that looked decently like a weasel.
Disclaimer: I couldn't find a short, non-muscular version of the pose. This character is really short and really skinny. Really, the only thing that would be the same length-wise would be the skirt, and it'd be pooled around her feet because it's so long on her and she's so short.

Yeah, I've had fun with this, obviously.... xD

Yay, paperdolls ARE fun  who wouldn't love playing around with them?

I like how there's a huge amount of cantr-fitting clothing there. It's just a shame they don't have more non-heroic body builds and poses. I have very few chars I could actually make with those available, even the one I just made (just because I found her kitty) - should be shorter and thinner/more wiry. And fiercer

This reminds me of this Asian site (I really don't know which country, though; I can't read Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, or anything else in that area; it all looks the same to me) that I used to go to when I was really bored, and it had a ton of virtual paper dolls on it. It was fun when I was bored, but I also remember it taking up a LOT of ram and seriously slowing down my computer. Then again, I haven't been to that site in roughly five, six years.

It's mostly female characters as far as I remember (there was a lot of paper dolls; I never got to look at them all), but if anybody's interested, the URL is something like http://jr.naver.com/ although I could be wrong. And then there's a list of stuff you have to click to get to the actual paper dolls, but I don't remember what it was.

Edit: The URL is correct, and the site is, in fact, in Korean. I'm going to reacquaint myself with it and see if I can create some halfway-decent-looking avatars with it.
Edit2: Wow, they've changed the layout. But it's still the same concept. Find the joystick, click it, and then on the next page, click on the pink tab.
I honestly have no idea why I'm typing all this. lol
But I suppose I can post pictures of Cantr characters if they had access to the clothes popular amongst virtual paper dolls. Right?

Here's hawky (with hair undone) and sidewinder (the tatoo doesn't look exactly like that, but similar enough)

I'm not visual at all, but I have today off and nothing to do, so I was messing around with Ultimate Flash Face:

I think I prefer the first one, but the second is probably more true to the character.

Edit: And here's a hero version of the second one. She shouldn't have sleeves, but I only just now realized that and, well, I'm lazy. Doesn't really seem worth it to have made her in hero form since there wasn't much in the way of stuff to include.

So....the Korean site failed.
Or rather, I failed to keep my patience in looking for something decent on it.

So I decided to break out Photoshop (something I've not done in several months) and HeroMachine, as well as a stock image I found on Google, and made this.

Image

I like it....except for her facial expression. She needs to look....happier. But I couldn't find one that satisfied me, so I went with the one I did. I love the way he turned out, though. :D

Wouldn't matter much, as I didn't note down much about how he looked like. More about his leg and the sceptre. But he's small and thin. And he is my only char thats really ageing I figure that its because of all the time he spend in an environment like he has been in for all his oife besides the few short trips.

If Snick were ever to get a haircut, this is what it'd look like.
Image
Right now her hair is chin-length and flipped outwards at the ends. But Ultimate FlashFace didn't have a style that accurately depicted that, so I had to make do.

Currently working on a portrait of her based on this picture.... We'll see how it turns out. It's another pen-drawing, which means shading is almost entirely non-existent (and the last time I tried to use cross-hatching, it made the subject look like a leper, and I ended up painting that page entirely orange afterwards). I'm not going to bother with stippling, either. Just scribbles.

I think that as I make new chars the pictures and descriptions help, but for the most part the characters I play or played the most with I already had in my head what they looked like. I dont care how much its said the Rau is a redhead, she isn't in my eyes. That is a dark haired dark eyed woman and that is that.

What I do like about this, is how much the ones that are "common" looking can be so well played and find hottie mates. A dumpy bald man with a hot chick, an extra tall woman with an unkept man with hygiene issues happens alot more in Cantr than in real life.

Draw away, but I haven't found one that comes close to what I see them as.

I have a "hottie" character who is dating and in love with a "hottie", or so I picture him as. So I take certain measures to make sure she's not TOO hot. For example, she has no understanding of the concept of a comb or brush when it comes to her own hair. So really, these pictures of her I've posted are all misleading. :)
It helps that she's sort of an unknown in-game.
Most of my characters aren't what I consider "hottie", though… and (not) surprisingly they're all single (except for the one).
