Nice pic, Doug. :)
Of course, I have no idea who that is, but still.

Edit: Okay, I feel.....how do I describe it?
Anyways, I feel like I know where that character has been. I've felt the despair I feel the character depicts in the image. It wasn't a good place to be, I remember. But I have triumphed over it, and I feel like that the character in the image will pull through and triumph under whatever tribulations they're facing, whatever kind they are.

I made this on Ultimate Flash Face.....and then tinted it on Photobucket.
I suppose those who know her well will recognise her. Well, except for the glasses. I just thought those looked good on her.

Yeah. I have almost no social life on this my day off.

Thanks. It's hard to tell from the angle in the pic, but she's actually inside a glass domed jar.

Snick, that's an interesting pic. Almost pointillistic.

I had to look "pointillistic" up in the dictionary.
To me, it seems like a synonym for "stipple" though I know stipple is primarily used for shading and not so much for creating the whole drawing like pointillism implies.
It looks like I know what I'll be reading again in the next few weeks, though. :)

And yes, that's the way the image-creator thing was set up. It's pretty much all in dots like that. I would say it's pixelated, except that pixelated implies that the pixels are much larger, leaving the image slightly distorted depending on the exact size of the pixel.

http://flashface.ctapt.de/ is the site. It's pretty straightforward. The colour I added on Photobucket (as I believe I mentioned previously); Ultimate Flash Face is black-and-white with maybe a few different grays thrown in depending on how opaque or transparent you decide to make the different facial elements.

Oh, and in case you didn't know, you've met this character, Doug. Just saying.

I found an browser based RPG character creator online. It's not very good for making unique faces but it does have a good variety of clothing and weapons. I'll look into SL. I like those pics better than these.

You don't owe me anything. I just had a bout of drawer's block and I didn't wanna disappoint or anything. *fidget* Now...I think I have one more to do for someone, so... ^^ Hopefully I can do it.

I had to try that thing... :)

Here's one of my explorers. Not exactly accurate, but leather boots, hemp trousers, a silk shirt/blouse, leather jacket, and I can't actually remember what kind of hat she wears, but a pony tail for sure. Gold hoop earrings too, and some necklace.
