LOL, well yeah I suppose that's it. I've had creepy demon-worshipping torturers, bandit leaders and all sorts of other evils.

My nice ones are all mostly still alive.

I had one character murdered recently and I'm not sure if she deserved (or at least provoked) it. She took an empty raker and sailed off. I have no idea if she was killed by its crew. The three guys attacked within minutes after they docked to my boat. It's pure luck she managed to attack two of them before I got the "you try to play with a dead character" error. ^^

By the way - is there any way to find out what happened to your character between the last time you viewed them, and they died? I asked for the day report, and the day log for Thomas was completely missing. Although I can guess what the last words to him were, I am still curious.

Usually you get a report sent to your mail account when a charrie dies. If you haven't got one, you should ask in General Support. The system ist sometimes faulty.

I got the message for the first time when I tried to play with a char that starved a few minutes ago. I was curious. ^^

Anyway, I wonder whether the crew of the other ship was very well trained or a CRB was involved, but I just love my replacement character so no harm done. :wink:

I have only had one in the years I have been playing and expect another one any day - like the previous one, it is very frustrating as the character doing the killing isn't responding to my roleplaying which I, the player finds maddening. There are so few characters in game to engage at times - it seems wasteful to kill one that you actually find awake, talkative and entertaining. Wait - that means he must not find me entertaining.....

I will admit that the men who murdered Thomas were interacting and roleplaying well, just frustrated that I can't warn others about it.

I was just saying Thomas was from Siom, not implying where the - incident - occurred. It was elsewhere. Was that too much to disclose after 4 days? I'm not so sure about how the rule works, I'm not on the forums much.
