Edit: The survey results are not presented in the same line as the player IDs, so easily sorting in Excel is not possible.

Ok, here is what I'll do. I'll make an ordered list and send it to the GAB, and then I'll let Seko have the honor of doing the drawing. There are 382 Yes votes, so Seko, please use a random number generator to pull 10 numbers from 1 to 382. This seems like a good site: http://www.randomresult.com/num.php

You can email the numbers to the GAB using the contact form. Please list them in the order drawn.

Don't do this, however, until I say so here (I need to email out the list first).
