*Blinks* People, all of you that can draw that way.... I envy you! Nice work.

And Doug, she looks pretty  And he's.... well, you already know. Very good work.

I changed his eyes, though you can't tell from this pic. They actually match his description now.

Cool. Is that an actual painting, or a simulated painting?

She's very cute. I like the image. I don't know the char but the image makes me think she is sweet and playful but a bit shy. I'm probably totally wrong. :)
One suggestion though, you might want to position the hair a little lower on her head so the bit in the middle doesn't show.

"For a short moment there, you almost sounded human."

Adam, I can see it's not quite anatomically correct... I could redraw it.

Just out of curiosity, what's not anatomically correct about her? The forearm looks a bit short, but that could be due to perspective if the arm's held somewhat uncomfortably.

I think the head is too small compared to the rest of the body. The upper arm is too long. The chin looks displaced. And she's gonna get different clothes although I liked the old ones.

The head actually seems quite right. The realistic proportion seems to be 1/7 to 1/8 of the total body hight. The position of the elbow also seems okay (which should almost touch the hip when held close to the body). I experimented a little with your image (I hope you don't think me rude for it) and lowering the head and shoulders a few pixels apparently does the trick, so the problem seems to be that the upper part of her chest (and arm) is too long.
Pretty in pink.

again - soft pencil, nothing more
I gave up on hawk's wings and the hand-holding-note, sorry :?

I've just noticed that the way my hand works on paper is greatly affected by what I'm watching at the time... although I don't think Twelve Kingdoms does it any harm at all
