Kwor needed a new councillor after they had returned from walking across the island to see TBR leave a trail of dust, someone suggested Christine, as apparently she had pretty much run the place singlehandedly in the abscence of the other councillors (none of which I think even really knew her).
There was a fair amount of voting, guild members and citizens, and it came out unanimous if I remember rightly...

Either way, things haven't changed that much in Kwor since TBR buggered off, we were always too distant for them to be more than an occasional disturbance and a source for stories and rumours.

My other K-Isle cahrries (I have more than I'd really wish for) do feel that everyone is now getting really complacent now that TBR have made tracks.

By the way, whoever plays Emperor Chang of the Stone Mountains has given me a good laugh, in trying to create an empire out of nothing but stone and smoked meat (and my character something to do...)

No, there wasn't actually that much voting... maybe two or three common citizens actually voiced a vote after she was suggested... it was really no contest... I don't think many characters cared enough to vote and she has been doing a great job... *shrugs*

It was unanimous but only by the two or three people that voted... there was only like one or two days left open for voting too, so she was in before some might have even realized what was going on and that they had a chance to vote... at least that's the feeling I got from the whole affair...

Like I said though, she's been doing a great job and I don't know how she keeps up.. :shock:

I would like to know who plays Barj Lemun. I used to be Jupiter Jones (he died) and I just read this note he wrote about "The Dragoon Clan". And basically you were saying you were gonna backstab me and all this. You *^(%)$!!$*$(!!! I was surprised to even see a note on the floor called "Legend of the Dragoon Clan" I thought that thing ended with my guys death.

Yup, he is mine...all of my characters have sleeping problems. I do a lot of travel in real life and oftentimes its hard to find a connection...but thats life.

Well, Captian Barj Lemun is one of my chars. Although I know nothing about "Legend of the Dragoon Clan," my char wrote "-The Confessions and History of the Dragoon Clan-".
Wow...I guess he was planning on backstabbing you, but he did defend you pretty well when you were captured...which got him put in jail too.
