Reading all this makes me wonder if you guys are aware that harassment of any kind, specially sexual one can be reported to and will be dealt by the Players Department

Problem with this is that most people don't want to report it for some reason or another. It is quite simple actually:

1: Make it clear to the player who plays the offending character that you do not wish for the act to happen/continue
2: Once statement is made, report to PD so we can have documented proof of your request.
3: If it happens again, report it so we can take action.


What is worse, is that there are those who have stated that they had no problem playing the 'rape victim" which makes the above even more necessary.

Yes I wish people would report things more quickly or at all. If you think something is wrong and might be a crb or in another way not acceptable, please report it, I have heard many say to me that they don't report it because there's no proof or that msn logs aren't proof, but just report it, and PD will see what's proof or try to find proof. If you get robbed irl or something else bad, you report it to the police, you don't go like, Hmmmm do I have any proof. No you report it. So why not in Cantr? PD will need to know things are wrong before they can act, and they need people reporting that. If they read complaints on the forum there's not much they can do. (( If I'm wrong about this, please feel free to correct me))

I agree with what you said. While I cannot go into detail about PD investigative policy, I can say that people need to start doing their parts in reporting the things that offend them if they want any credibility when complaining things are the way they are.

And, I'd like to add, if you do report something and the staff doesn't agree with you that it's offensive, don't stop reporting other things because of that.

Couldn't it be a CRB, though, to NOT build a landmark for Arenti's characters?

I'm sorry to see you go, Arenti, and I hope you will be back eventually. I enjoyed some of your chars, the couple Chris-Gilda was fun, Richard was.... different, and for Drake... my char is still a bit resented for how she was so easily forgotten, but it doesn't matter anymore to her... she has already given up on life.

I hope you will find again what made you love this game, because yes, there are things we don't like, but the good things are so much bigger than the bad ones.

I didn't know you played her! My character never forgot about her, but she was always either away, or dealing with things in town, or (as of late....meaning more than four days ago) asleep. I did feed her a few times, but when she went hungry was while mine was out of town. I'm sorry as a player, and my character is also sorry.
