Can't see the MacGregors in a boat. Doesn't make sense to be routed from their historical base. *shrug* Ah well.


Is the Xanth Commune, near Akypor, still alive and well? Back when I had a character there (quite a ways back) it stretched out over four or five locations and had efficient administration, trade, and wage systems. Makes me wish The Sociologist still played the game.

I think so. I had a char spawn there but he quickly got irritated with the lack of response. Citizens and newspawns were begging for food and the elders were too sleepy to hand it out. Dunno how active the Communes are as a whole.

There is a New Xanth Commune that is up and running moderately smoothly last time I saw. Of course, I'm not really sure how it is now because one of my charries seems to not be able to get directions back to it.
