All I see are old sleepy people who tend to be rude. My characters arn't rude they may be weird but not rude. Older characters just like older people IRL tend to be closed minded and hate anything that they didn't see when they were younger.

It annoys me. I have yet to attack any 'old' characters however. Infact only one character, who's alive, has ever attacked anyone and he's a guard!

I wouldn't get offended if old chars are rude. First, they are chars. Second, I would be a hipocritical bastard if I felt offended, since I am very rude too. Now my char is another thing.

But anyaway, it is such a silliness those acts of pride and ambition made by young chars. It is much of "I would be a much better governor" and similars and few planning, grouping or organization. I am still to see a well organized coup.

Maké la sense? :p

This part makes sense to me as it seems to apply to the situation my older charry is in...hopefully no one will confuse her for an inanimate obstacle though...hehe

Do you mean in cantr? So true and so wrong. Yeah, I guess we need those before actually making better coups. Gotta work on that.

That is another matter that does not include the elder cantrinans. It infact includes tose charactes under 30. Those who know whats best for the world untill they starve to death. (Dumbasses)

I have a young char in a town where an older wealthy person lives. My char is trying to win the friendship and trust of this older char, but making sure others in the town see the "friendship". My char is also falsifying a will based on the writing style in the notes of the older char. :)

Careful, if you´re too friendly, you might be included in the real will and all your work will be in vain...
If not, just don´t make the mistake of asking another character to investigate the matter if anyone doubts the genuineness of the will. Especially if the rightful heir is more attractive to the detective than your character.

I'm amazed to see people saying they have only had one or two characters die. I've only been playing this game for less than a year and out of 15 characters, 5 have been murdered, for no reason. One that was just murdered a week ago is now being murdered in a completely different place. My characters didn't break any laws or attack anyone. They were just in a place where pirates or bullies were at. I'm getting rather tired of having to constantly start over and not being able to get a character to "age" and all the opportunites that go with that.

Wow, sounds like you have awfully bad luck. I hear back before I started playing, there were massacres upon sleepers. And I wouldn't mind that happening since it moves wealth to the active people, giving them more resources to carry out their plans. But killing active people sucks.

Yesterday a seventy year old spanish char died and my char got the keys. About 750000 grams of stuff is now hers and it's all going to her town.

Oh, and it's great to use sleepers to train on. One Dutch town I have a char in the sleepers are used to train on untill they die.

Hey, there are still massacres of sleepers all over, leastways in the mountains and deserts.

Just many places are too civilized for anyone to dare to suggest such barbaric actions.
