Lol, yeah. But his decisions also affected other countries. The countries that sent people to the wars and lost them. >: (

does your character have a good IG reason to hate russians? If not => CRB. If do => go ahead and try, but your character will never know whether he got them all

Lol, I don't actually have a character who would have a reason to try that - I saw that there was a small number of them and that it would be relatively easy to perform a final solution on them.

And of course I could never stop players from spawning new Russian chars, so it would never really work.

Not ultimately, but at least temporarily. If you kill a Russian newspawn the character slot will be blocked for some days.

Actually, it hasn't been tested what happens if a language group that uses people-centric spawning loses their final newspawn. They might default to their old spawn locations but the language group may have migrated away from those places.

I've spawned a French char recently who was (and is) all alone at his spawnplace. (The parents could have wandered off just a moment before he spawned though. The spawn routine is a little slow.)

Question: I don't really understand about the difference between people-centric spawning and original spawning.

In the original system new chars spawned at fixed location. In the new system they can spawn in every place with at least two other chars of the same language.

Oh, right, because you need two people, for genetics, right?

Right. No idea where my French char got his genes from though
