I haven't read the discussion yet, but ... how can I vote? I created the game, so, over two years, but I definitely have a life outside Cantr :) ... As do most oldest players :) ...

Oh, and to answer a question in the discussion, my ID is 1, indeed :) ...

The ten oldest players (including days they played) are:

Code: Select all

Jos     720
Sico    716
Wim     713
TJ      678
Sarah   674
Darren  670
Melissa 665
Cathy   623
Linas   607
Devan   546

I removed last names because I guess I shouldn't publish them ;) ...

Also...

Number of IDs in the 000s is 10
Number of IDs in the 1000s is 8
2000s, 12
3000s, 30
4000s, 20
5000s, 16
6000s, 8
7000s, 36
8000s, 47
9000s, 98

The above was from 1/23 this year.

New Ids are in the 13000s

000s - 10
1000s - 8
2000s - 12
3000s - 25 : -16%
4000s - 14 : -30%
5000s - 9 : -11%
6000s - 6 : -25%
7000s - 20 : -45%
8000s - 29 : -40%
9000s - 34: -64%
10000s - 37
11000s - 46
12000s - 208

There is only 204 players in the 10000s or lower so be nice to the new people. They are half the game. Not to mention the ones in the 13000s.

This group in the 12000s started playing 771 to 805. What you mention about even the mid 700s and before they did not see first hand. Or maybe they did if they are playing for the 2nd or 3rd time.

I'm not a newbie!!! Though I've been there only a week... oh well... Really, I've been dreaming about a game like this for some years and I didn't know it excisted until I happened to click the link at mpogd.com. The grams system is what I would have done differently if I had invented this game, but let's admit it works out well and it doesn't have to be so logical, like if you collect a hundred times little amount of stones, how do they turn into big rocks and so. It's a game.

My account is in the 10000s and I have been playing for about three months, but we all know that Jos's opinion does not matter and he has no life outside of Cantr. ;).

I have an account in the 4000's and have been playing for over a year and a couple months. I joined through someone still playing who has posted earlier. :D

I had a few friends i got to join, i'm not sure how many of them stayed but i know atleast one of them quit. Another one joined and quit and rejoined again later.
