It wasn't while putting the needles in promise, it was while resting in between "Twiddles"... lol

You know you're addicted to Cantr when...

...you tell your boss to wait a minute while you type in a response on Cantr on the company computer.

This might be more of a "you know you're not so addicted to Cantr anymore.." sort of thing. But, reading through old turn reports, reliving it all, but going, "I don't remember any of this! None of it!". I have such a horrible memory for things, I could never survive without notes and turn reports.

When you are driving through something called 'holiday light fantasia' and you think Noah's ark is a pirate ship
And when I walk I'm a cyclone
You should see it get rolling
Open my heart and emotions rip out of me
My emotions rip out of me

...when you keep coming back to it again and again even though you know it will only end in futility and many, many wasted hours.

Also when you deliberately try to lock all your new character slots to limit the effects the above will have, and then instead you wind up with twice as many newspawns as you started with because they wound up in cool places with good stats and you have zero willpower. :(

...When you have a nasty fall and manage to wound yourself exactly in the same place as one of your charries recently did, which isn't a very imaginative place anyway (I've said I love when it's easy get into my chars' skin, but I never meant this way) and while the caregiver is stitching you, you can't help chuckling like the retarded you are because you are thinking about asking him to give you some sake or a spoonful of honey.

And when you keep giggling at home because, of course, you had a tomato caprese salad and beer for lunch, to help healing.

When you have to cut down the amount of characters you have because you spend too much time online, you are have a deadline on a project you know you are not going to get done if you carry on with 11 characters and are getting migraines from stress.

When you keep sneaking peeks at your phone to make sure you're ready to start dragging a criminal at just the right moment even though this could technically get you fired.

you know you're NOT addicted to cantr when you don't even think about checking cantr periodically while doing your schoolwork even though the laptop is right there and the Cantr bookmark is the first one listed
