If you think about it building a boat, especially longboats, on land had a lot of advantages - not exactly an idiotic thing to do. Good that it's disabled now. I think only one of my chars has run across one of them.

This should be simple, as reactivated players have a different status than original accounts. Yes, I know we'd be missing everyone that has a new account.
I thought I said it shows up in an earlier graph but apparently I didn't after all. I found it on page 12 but since that's rather far away, I'll save you the clicking and copy it here.

"Active" means reactivated. Although I'm guessing some of them might show up as approved. The graph is from January so there may have been some changes but I doubt they would be very big as it's been less than a year. I actually looked up the recent numbers yesterday but didn't save them anywhere. There are 1239 living accounts and 188 (15%) of them have been reactivated.

I have often wondered about this... what makes some people use a comma in place of a decimal point when quoting fractional percentages?
e.g. 12,5% instead of 12.5%.
I thought it might just have been a common typo, but apparently it isn't...
Perhaps it's an abbreviated form of saying e.g. "Twelve percent, five permille?" and in that case, why not just use "125‰" or "12,5‰" which would be more accurate?

Using a comma is the common way to do it in continental Europe. It's really hard sometimes to remember that you use a different convention. Mathematics is not as universal as one might think.
