Possible it's like Haven/Sanctum, where they've forgotten to add the land borders. You should cancel for science. Worst case you should still be able to resume docking.

Nah, that's the new system. It will go over land if it's the shortest path to the location and it's impossible to cancel docking while you're on top of land.

I thought the button would be gone if that were the case. I know that happens normally when you're fairly close.

Cantr's most wakeful times seem to sync perfectly with me going to wash up of an evening and then later with me going to bed XD

When I've got a character minding their own business in an empty town, and they get attacked by another just because they're there, being called a thief for looking for a radio, and the attacker only bothering to wake up to attack me and casually call me a thief for walking into unlocked rooms in an abandoned town (where there is nothing to steal).
Why do you feel the need to attack defenseless newspawns without even a weapon or crowbar?

PUSH BUTAN STAB STAB for some people is their main means of interacting with others. Half the time it makes you wonder what game they even think they're playing and why. I really suspect they just don't get into their character's heads the way most of us do to ours and approach Cantr like a more casual game, but it's hard to say because it's just so difficult to get into that mindset of 'interaction? with words?? why???' :?

I was amused to find "The Body" in the Klojt Library. My char wrote it in the...400s? She wanted it to remain anonymous because she didn't want to look like she regretted killing people. She only ever had one copy and didn't attempt to distribute it. I have no idea how it survived so long, but was amused that it did.

"You hear a voice on radio frequency 666: "hi there! I'm not the same guy as earlier, but actually I am and you should know that by voice recognition but you can't because I guess your deaf"

....... Voices should be like names that can be recognized, voice ID 666 belongs to character ID 666, but voice and character would still be two different things. even If you know the character you wouldn't know their radio voice right away unless you made a note of it. Not a perfect system but way better than hearing what seems like the same voice over and over again.

I stopped doing the radio news because of this. It's one thing to listen to 5 different conversations and a total of at least 10 characters. It's entirely different to make sense of it and make up a news story on it, only using the information gotten from the radio. Being able to somehow separate the conversations would help. Yes I know your probably saying "hey dude just pay attention it's not hard"..... Well it is when your busy on other characters as well and then you have to come back to the radio and find where you left off. It's like looking at a blank slate. At least naming voices would give you something specific to look for.

Yes I know, this sure has been and insurmountable challenge that's caused all kinds of unfair difficulty these last nearly 3 RL years, which is why wherever you go you pretty much never see animals. They make the game just so impossible and many of my characters have starved due to their inability of gathering potatoes by hand in a game where food of any kind is already so rare. The only exceptions have been the ones in the towns that have taken to turning newspawns into meat feed as their only means to feed the hogs. But is this really sustainable in the long term?? Only time will tell.

I keep winding up at 98% on a road. :x Why can't it round up, seriously? How does it take a full hour and what does this represent, do our characters get out and push for those last 2%? :lol:

Doesn't suck as much as 99,8%... It's like crawling for last hour
