But it will be down for 2 days?! What am I gonna do then? I'll have to actually have time to clean my apartment, and get the oil changed in the car, and...and...actually do my job at work?! I can't handle a real job man!

Hee hee. I will be gald to see a new server come, though. It's kind of wierd, though that the slowness has actually slightly increased the roleplay around a couple of my characters. I think the lag has caused a couple of players to actually try dialogue instaed of just logging in to check on projects. Hey look - I found a bright side to all this after all. :D

A wek or two isn't soon enough under current conditions. An awful lot of characters are starving to death now, and I suspect it's largely because it's literally too much effort to feed themselves if they have to make a series of actions to do so, such as going to a storage room and picking up some potatoes, or if they're waiting for a delivry from somebody else who cant move. If they're already farming, no problem, but most chaacters are actually doing other things, or libve in areas where they can't farm, anyway.

I think all of my characters ar going to survive, one way or anothr, but Idon't want to find that the towns that they live live in are decimated by this problem by the time we're on the new server. I don't think that will take very long to happen, at this rate.
