I happened to stumble upon Cantr in one of my random searches for free online RPGs. Go figure I found the only free RPG on the internet that isn't technically an RPG.
Lucky me
I got my brother to play and the neighbor boy has been playing for a day or two. I don't have any other friends with imaginations.

Let the world hear these words once more:
Save us, oh Lord, from the wrath of the Norsemen!

my friend came across cantr while searching the web for something like this and found it, he was already into online games. cantr is the first online game i'v played and am looking for other such games but have found none...
my friend only told me about it in passing, he did'nt convince me, nor did he explain. it was me who wanted to know more about it and he was happy to oblige... anyways, he managed to get one more of our group of friends but he did'nt last long as he did'nt have internet connection... none of my other friends were interested, they made fun of the two of us for playing such a boring game and blah blah blah....
i too did'nt tell my brother about cantr. he saw me play and decided he wanted to play too and then after he registered, kept bugging me about things he wanted to know... then, i have a distant cousine who saw me play once and he too registered... so thats two players for me without even trying... so i think its a person's interests that make him/her a cantrian... not everyone thinks of cantr as GREAT... most think of it as CRAP...
oh and about the CRB.... i dont think having ineteractions with your friend's charries is a breach, as long as you don't behave like friends in game.... my friend and i know a lot about each other's chars... only one of my char has regular interactions with one of his, so we don't talk about that pair outside the game... whats so difficult about that...
