I think the name was changed before you could actually dynamically name locations, but I could be wrong.
Really its the cartographers faults for failing to update maps. :p

The name was already fairly established (as far as I can tell) when one of my chars spawned there 1500 days ago. If you can't find England on a map, try using one that was printed after the collapse of the Roman Empire. :wink:
