No. I can only recommend some changes which I did from hour one of this loop. If I start messing around with it at my level of expertise we may not get turn changes at all.

 Damn... that ain't nothing. And the number of animals is still growing.

Either we need more players, or we need less animals

Yah... but how many of those animals are in sparsely populated areas?

the scary thing is probaly most of them.

Say good bye to lone mapmakers, if animal populations continue to soar like this exploring will be done by small armies of crossbow armed, iron shielded, and healing food equipped suicidal die hards.

I don't see a "yay" in this. I am now dealing with 6 wild boars in 1 place, who all are dying to get there hand on me!

I am just a poor explorer! Luckely I have a ship to hide in. Otherwise I was already dead :(

At a certain rate the wilds become dangerous.

At this rate it is only a matter of time before even the largest cities have to hide inside thier homes or perish.

There haven't been big complaints since the harmful animals were beaten back and it will take awhile before they reach most of the characters again.

Compound interest is a tricky thing.

The pelicans are coming!....The pelicans are coming! They are fierce and attack regularly. We need to be able to hit each of each animal, not just one of each per day. Each individual animal can attack us, so that can mean an attack by as many animals as there are, but only one strike back at each breed. When will machine guns be implemented? Or maybe pelican poison? The numbers are growing far more rapidly than our ability to kill them. This trend must be curbed somewhat. An explorer or a poor traveler will not stand a chance soon. All that will be left are the established communities, left to spread, rather than new ones springing up in less or unpopulated areas.

I don't think that is in the best interest of the game; and I know that pelicans are not the worst enemies. The snakes, boar, and probably a few others are more harmful.
