One of my characters was named after a road. I'm not even kidding.
Three were named after pets; only one remains.
Amura was named after a sushi restaurant in Orlando. His real name Hanatewakusoshiseotadashiiteteriyakisuzukihondacivic was nigahiga's name for his ninja alter ego. I did not get permission to use either name.
The others were named simply because I liked how they sounded.

I don't really have to put a lot of effort into thinking about names.
What I usually do is construct a very simple personality in my head and then I just think of a name that would fit that.

So far the names I've come up with have been pretty cool. Aside from my old ones back in 2006. Those weren't all that inventive.
They're not very conventional names though.

I would really like to know who plays Synom. Just recently one of my characters was near the radio and I overheard his name.. It made me remember the good times he had with my character By the way my character was Julia Tomlinan, but unfortunately I stopped playing and she eventually died But yeah it would be really nice to know who plays Synom.
