1 Cantr day = 1 Real Life Day. Real days are usually easier for me to keep track of though.

The 4 day rule means 4 days *after* the events have resolved themselves (not 4 days since they started). Keep in mind that some events, or their ramifications, can go on for a very long time, so be careful that what you revel doesn't ruin things for someone else.
