My first character, who only left her town once. (Well, twice if you count events near the very beginning of me playing her, but she came back before arriving anywhere else)
OMG! I know a char that will be sooooo sad

Re: The Dead Character Thread
It has been 4 days and since no one has heard from my char in years upon years, I doubt it will matter in game. I do know there will be quite a few of you that will be happy to hear that Miley Cast finally took her last breath. I'm not going to go into details of her entire life because.. well its in the past and I really don't feel like writing all of it up. I will say though that she died peacefully on a ship with a good friend of hers. They did spend quite a few years as of late sleeping and since I had no goals for her, I decided it was time for her story to end. For everyone out there that had some kind of affect in her life, I do thank you for the RP. The relationships she had with others (whether they were loved or hated) made Miley who she was.

Re: The Dead Character Thread
It was probably a poor reaction on my part. Yet grief of a death in my immediate family led me to drop my four oldest.
1. Salvatore Monella Blackrock (Sal Monella)...
The loudmouth of the black rock tribe and wanna be blues singer (Blind melon Monella)
------------
2. Robert "Bobby" Rand-
The southern gentleman betrayed by loved ones before sailing to build something new and passed at the most unexpected moment.
----------------
3. Justin Case-
Leader of Kirinn... a very bland and stoic character who could not longer watch his wife sleep. He will be waiting for her.
----------------
4. "Talon" Ted Dibere of Brunoi
Leader there for years, a very religious man who was quite passive despite being one of the most skilled and powerful fighters I had ever known sans a certain leader of a certain tribe.
==============================
There is a certain player to whom I owe a sincere apology. You know who you are and you know why.

Re: The Dead Character Thread
The first two victims of my cutting down.. It's going to get harder after this...
Lucca Desti died (3662-4427)
He spawned as an enthusiastic youngling, but lost the enthusiasm when his first love died. I think he never -really- got over that.
Hugh Brannan died (3861-4432)
My blind character, he was loving and helpful, but in the end, he was one of the chars that was least tied to someone or something, and therefor one of the easiest to let go. Tell Dice I'm sorry :/

Dimitrius
Spawned in Blerk Hills and didn't really fit in, battling with a hidden internal chaos he decided to go alone. Ended up almost starving in a swamp, survived by hunting and beating starvation with only a bone knife, riding out of there on an abandoned tricycle. Picked up and recruited to the guard by the beautiful Caris Reagan, taken to Zuzi and joined the ranks under Markost & Jory. Found his purpose and a way of utilising his demons, protecting the Empire. Quickly rose through the ranks and was a tower of dependability, hardly ever leaving his post until his lady of fire showed up. Fell madly in love with Renaki and had many happy years before her death from the sleeping sickness. Dealt with many surfacing demons after that, fleeting shallow relationships and encounters never touched the same depths. The growing isolation coupled with the recent highlighting of his faults and the Empires badly stitched seams tore his world apart until it became too loose to contain him. His pride in tatters, he hid himself away and eventually fired a bolt through his brain to stop the pain...

Re: The Dead Character Thread
Markus Mori died (together with his girlfriend, Zoe) on day 4447.
Another victim of my cutting back on characters, he sailed off with his girl to die together, onwards to new adventures.

They were good characters, and just yesterday one of my characters was wondering whether to put him on the burial list. I'm sad to see them go.
