Darcelle, while her and her boyfriend aren't as active as they could be they do try to keep their town running which is a good thing when you're surrounded by sleepers.
Robyn and Ivette, two very fun characters to interact with.
Nevaeh, solid character with an interesting past.
Gaia, because Gaia.

And I think that is my list for now. Just giving those characters a shout out because I feel like they and their players deserve it.
