The Dead Character Thread

I don't usually post my own characters here, but I'll make an exception this time, just because I need to.

"Cirrus" Sky Rambler, a.k.a Niebla Gris. She had more names, but I don't think anyone will remember them.

She lived the fall of the Crane Clan, carried the burden of Alistair's treason over her shoulders all of her life. She never forgot her sister Moria, and always loved her, despite the way she left.

In her last moments, she remembered all the people she loved in her life: Dirk, Strato Earth Wanderer, Crane Lord Much, and in the last times, someone who annoyed her to an unbelievable level, but who she really cared for: Captain Valerie Steel. His beloved friend, Eurytion. And of course... Desmond, the love of her life, who died before giving her the new name he promised, and whose death she never got over. She will always remember that last evening of promises and dreams, sitting on the window ledge... that's the picture she had in her mind when she died.

She was a woman always driven by the highest sense of honour, and that's how she wanted to die... Well... she got it.

RIP, Sky.

Didn't know her, but very touching

Sky will be missed by a lot of people. She touched many before her death. I was lucky enough to have two characters that interacted with her.

I've had quite a few characters, all died when I quit, long ago . The ones I remember are..

Risque. A thief who ended up getting picked up as a stone knight trainee, ironically by the same woman who judged her trial.

Lumina. A shy woman who ended up becoming a more confident Blackrock before she died.

Char. Spawned in Scarab Haunt. Fell in love with a girl named Winnie, and left with her to visit foreign lands, but died mostly of a sleeping sickness.

Rolo. Spawned in Shai. Made great friends, but got lost at sea while trying to deliver an important message.

Syble. Spawned in.. was it Reniov mountains? Made friends with a lovably rough older man named Salty.

I can't even remember the names of the others, they were less interesting

I knew Lumina and Char. Shame they both died.

Indeed, I'm sorry they had to go as well. They were both a lot of fun to play.

Risque.....she sounds familiar. Who was this Stone Knight that took her on as a trainee?

I didn't know Char well, but I do know Winnie....poor thing has what Char died of, sounds like.

Well, if she dies, someone might find her journal. Char gave it to her as a present. I wonder if she still has it.

As for Risque, it's hard to recall but it's a woman with a Z in her name.

No, couldn't have been mine, I played Bertie Baker Salis......way back when, a long time ago. No Z in her name lol.

I would assume she still has it, and with any luck, my charrie won't get to read it any time soon. I hope she wakes up, but she's so sad I don't think she'll ever smile again anyways.

Oh that really makes me feel horrible! I feel so bad for her :/ I wish circumstances would have allowed me to keep Char around.
