I don't know if it is new neither what's causing it but some of my chars are getting small amounts of damage without being hit...
There are a lot of possible explanations for this but the most probable one is that damage can come in fractions... That is, even though my chars sometimes are hit with a waster and it says they lose 0%, they still gain some damage and with a lot of hits, it eventually becomes a 1%...
Other explanations might be damage caused by tiredness, or maybe I just didn't look very well and I was hit after all...
I don't know and I doubt this is new but it is to me and maybe someone might notice it too now... :?

Yes, amount of damage is fractional value, as well as other parameters, including skills.

Not in the swedish area... We still have the old one. But using the new menu with my english characters, and it have been around for awhile.

What about the portuguese area? Is it gonna be finished at the same time? It's frustrating to hear that the menu is so good and not being able to see it...
And I don't even have english chars...

P.S.:If I was in the ProgD I would do it myself, if allowed... :P

P.P.S.: Sorry for the pressure but four days gone and not even a "we're looking at your application right now" or a "please just wait, it might still take some time" or even a "shut the hell up, we are all working for free so you can't complain"...
Anything would do, but no answer at all is frustrating... :(

The delay with build menu for other languages is the result of character encoding issues. So temporarily new items would be accessible via old build menu items - old and new menu items would have the same structure.

Thanks, Seko... That was the kind of answer I needed... Not that I like to wait, of course, but at least now I have an ideia why there has been no answer yet...
And now I promise I'll shut my mouth up for a week... Please don't make me wait more than that, I really want to start programming... or learn how to program, at least... :P

I've just seen someone actually "repairing the current location". Does this imply buildings are beginning to degrade?

No - they are not degrading - The ability to repair has been around for a long time - building degradation is not planned for sometime and it's likely that active degradation (i.e. demolition - controlled or otherwise) will come before natural decay
