I can't believe there haven't been any mentions yet (maybe I missed them?)

Cha of Cape Kerena. Normally that kind of character would be incredibly aggravating to me, but she's so well done that I find her adorable instead.

Sydnee, for proving falling off a bike can be just as much fun as almost getting laid. (even if it's a lot shorter)

Seconded. The time my char spent with him, I enjoyed it very much. She still thinks about him, and misses him.
