Why would you steal sorghum when you don't know what it is/does?
I find it stupid when thieves just load themselves with whatever they can and run.
Steal economically, and prosper.

*Shrugs* Had enough room in my inventory and it sounded exotic... i loaded myself up with Iron and Gold aswell, so it's not like it was pointless thievery...

Gold is nearly pointless, in Cantr.
Your only hope is that you may find another character who uses their OOC influence to put a high value on gold.

Gold makes pretty jewelry and it's relatively rare so it's more valuable because of that. Not everything is about weapons and machinery and such. Jewelry has as much intrinsic value as anything else in Cantr.

Does one need to be a post whore in order to be a classic player?

Me and my 7 characters in their 60's are very sad now.

Don't mind the oldbies. Only a small percentage of forumers here would have seen the old topic.

Let me see, who was on the old forums that's still around...
Me, RKL, West, Brandon, Solfius, Creepyguyinblack, SekoETC (I think?)

(oh and of course, all of the high ranking staff... but they don't forum much)

Hey! I was on it but only just a few weeks (maybe months?) before switching over. I remember getting WAY too much mail in my inbox and switching the mail off.

lol

Say what? Something other than a saber and a kilo of iron to work for? Surely you jest Kinvoya! I think the woman has lost her mind.

And I've seen sorghum in real life, but it was used for something completely different than it is in game. It's seriously a stupid thing to steal though. The random acts of thievery are seriously threatening to end my Cantr addiction I think.

Like I said, the only reason you'd want gold jewelry is due to OOC influence that you think it's a good thing to have.
Won't help you much in Cantrian life.
