People stopped arguing with Amon... that's what made Quillanoi go mute.

And yes, Johnathan Russell was probably my favorite of all time. Not the most exciting character, but he laid the foundation for Quillanoi, which is my favorite government in Cantr.

Are you sure he laid it? I thought the first was Keldorn or was it Korgan before he died??

I dont know I just remember either Keldorn or a Korgan that was mayor of the town and ran things, did he set that up or was it something just done by one of the two, not sure exactly which.

Keldorn Firecam had mainainted a similar government before, along with Mayor Thistlethwaite before him.

Russell wrote the constitution Quillanoi uses today, as well as wrote the vast majority of Quillanoi's laws.

So I have you to blame for Quil being so.... backwards Nick!

The most counter productive town I've ever been in.

That's because 90% of people who go to Quillanoi are total morons.
Use the frickin system! What the hell is the point of sitting around farming potatoes, and seeing how much you can get?
USE THE DAMN ECONOMY!!!
Get a job, and before too long you'll have better things than if you had lived in a more resource rich area.

Well I don't know about all of that.

I was there for a day and got a migrane with all the useless babble that goes on there.

Left right away, to persue a more peacful and tranquil village.

The economy in Quillinoi is like the Bible. The town was much better around day 500 when it was populated with many intelligent people. However, I think Russel was holding the town back towards the end. The town did need some fresh ideas and Russel was guarenteed to win any election he ran for.

My character was the only man to ever beat Russell in a straight election!

Woo for me!

Shame he went mad for a while...

I know my character would bring up the fact your character is crazy, if he ever went up against him in election. :D

Didn't I beat Russell one time? around the time of the rollback, so we had to rerun the election, and I believe I then promptly lost

Yup.

edit: So technically, no. In terms of Cantrian history, anyway.
