Mine? Gods of old and new... hah.

It was a long, long time ago but I do remember it pretty well. My character was involved in some kind of conspiracy. I whispered (whispers couldn't been overheard back then) to a wrong character, completly by my mistake. It turned out that myself and two other characters got put in jail. Thankfully no one died.

I whispered the wrong thing to the wrong person.

Told somebody that my char loved her. Her name began with the same letter as my IG wife's.
We decided to rp it out and blushes were exchanged all around... till my IG wife decided she was not amused.
In fact, I think that was the beginning of the end for them. :(

Accidental whispers and mistakes about using the wrong sparring weapons a few times.

Once I had two characters listen to the radio in different towns and one of them was having a conversation with someone on the radio, while the other one was just listening idly to make the character stop lighting up. Leading into me replying with the wrong character. Someone else was in the room too. Oops. But I figured since they are within the same radio network, the message is going to reach the same receivers no matter which character sent it, while repeating it with the correct character would make it stand out more, so only the one character who was in the room knows about this mistake.

Another case was when one of my characters had been hit in the face in a duel and she was crying in a secluded room with only one other character in the room. She said something to the other character, only to have the page suddenly swap into that of a male character who was in the middle of a large town. That was embarrassing. I have no idea how it happened because I hadn't used the browser back button, which was generally the only way to cause that error at the time.

Edit: Also one time one of my characters was going to talk about someone behind her back, and accidentally whispered to the character she was talking about. It was nothing serious but slightly embarrassing.

I've accidentally handed workshop keys to a sleeping but very respected ex-townleader.

We ended up waiting two and a half years.

Oh, where to begin? :P
I've whispered things to the wrong person and handed things to the wrong person often enough… but the biggest mistake I made was with one of me female characters. She was talking to the guy she liked, and I accidentally clicked his attack button… when I tried to go back, I ended up going through with the attack.
She hit him with her axe, and would have done more damage if she wasn't tired. Needless to say, she was absolutely mortified, and ran off in tears…
While meanwhile, I'm busy apologizing to the screen. XD

When this thread was on the first page I wasn't ready to admit this...
The first time I heard a certain crucial ingame word I think it was spelt wrong. I only realised relatively recently that maybe half of my characters had been saying/writing it wrong. I'm still not used to the correct word, one letter made a big difference.

I've been on the receiving end of a "whoops that's not my waster that's a battleaxe and the shield is over there" moment. I was young, I got to rp intense pain, the girl I fancied bandaged my leg. I don't regret killing that character off now I've realised they had been pronouncing an important word wrong their whole life.

Dare I ask what the word was, Moonflame?

I had the most unpleasant guy working for a town of rude-pirates (or that I heard about them...) I had the most cheerful nice char. One day I mixed them I can't know how, and the rude guy woke up with a "hello, sweetie!" to the captain of the pirates. Oh, yeah...

I've welcomed people to the wrong town. I've mistook characters when two at the same town. I've whispered out loud. And I've hit people with a crossbow instead of a waster more than once too...

Left down the wrong road, saw something that a character shouldn't have and got killed for it.

This isn't my own story but since wichita isn't frequenting the forums anymore, he once emailed support that all the projects and objects on his vehicle had disappeared. The answer? You're not currently in a vehicle. He had started walking down a road and left his vehicle behind.

Ahahaha! That's priceless. Just picturing someone making brrrrrbbbrrrr noises, holding his hands out in front at 10 & 2, and slowly realising "Hey...... this doesn't *feel* like a car seat"

I had an adult RP scene, which I was going to look on another page and wanted to come back. I copied the text to my clipboard. I was also playing EVE Online (mmo) at the same time. I forgot I copied the adult rated text and thought I had the previous item in my clipboard. Ctrl + v, enter. Posted the text to the public chat of EVE. I think this was close to 8 years ago.
