Re: Webzine (1)
Good question!
The Webzine was previously a part of the site where player submitted stories, literary work, comics, art, etc. related to Cantr were posted. There were also statistics related to Cantr posted.

I like the third option. But I like the tag line of the second banner. Ideally I'd incorporate the Use icon and the "Use your mind" tag line with the third banner instead of "Open your mind".

Re: Webzine (1)
"Use your mind" sounds a bit odd to me, but maybe that's just me; "Use your imagination" would sound more natural, but maybe there's something better.
"Let your mind create."
"Open the door to your imagination."
"Let your mind go to work."
"What can your mind create?"
Actually, now that I think about it, a question would be appropriate here since we're encouraging the players to submit entries to the Webzine.

Voilà,
two options, so you can compare:
3a.

3b.

I prefere the first one, without the use icon.

I meant something like this:

Since the "use" icon pays homage to the Cantr interface, using your imagination would be a clever tag line. Without it, I would think a different tag line could fit better.

Re: Webzine (1)
The issue I have with the tag lines that have been suggested (without the use icon) is that so many of them sound rather bland or very corporate in my head. This isn't a tourism campaign, its a webzine for a pretty niche game witn a dedicated player base that is likely to be the only audience. It seems to me a good tag line (if we really want one) should pay homage to Cantr or be slightly quirky/irreverent about it like "Our big green dream" or "Green screens and white text". Those are a little rough but I hope they gets my idea across.

Inez, what font are you using? I wonder if we could use graphic as background image and use normal html text to make text (at http://niebezpiecznik.pl/ you can see what I have in mind)
I have to say, that white version looks pretty good.
