I have 13 chars with sabres or better, but then I have been playing nearly as long as Sarah, probably within days of her. You gotta have a sabre to survive in cantr, it is a dangerous world.

Hmm...4 characters use only warbows...
2 have hunting bows
1 has a bone knife
and one has many, many different weapons, several bows(hunting and war) at least :twisted:
the rest have their fists.

I disagree. It only gives a small advantage over being lesser armed. Being a smooth talker is much more effective than any shield or weapon when outnumbered and outcrossbowed. Having only little weight to carry also helps. :p

I disagree with your disagreement if you have enough healing food stored inside a building 13 rooms deep. I think that about makes you invinsible.

5: war bow, wood shield
6: no weapon, no protection
7: sabre, iron shield

they're all between 26 and 30.

Out of 15, 4 have sabres or crossbows, all but two others have hunting bows or better.

Most of my chars are peaceful and therefore poorly armed. Then they end up in trouble and sometimes become very paranoid after that. Like my happy-go-lucky char-turned psychotic vigilante. That could be trouble.
