Ok, I don't have any characters there that even know a THING about what's happing there, or about the history (he's to simple to understand, and isn't really in the 'big' cities). But what you, isn't true, imo. Why would you have to kill everyone? If you can convince both sides that you can leave peacily together, somehow, then there's peace. I mean, it's always possilbe to get peace somewhere (even though there has been a lot power strugles).

Ha....If you all only new. Most of those krif region events and where only controled by a few. Did you ever ask yourself Mmm...wonder why 3 very important people just died? If you can't answer that then you must really live in a box. Because it's really obivouis. So much so that at first it really P... me off. Made me feel real stupid.
Somehow you strayed and lost your way,
and now there'll be no time to play,
no time for joy,
no time for friends
- not even time to make amends.
You are too naïve if you do believe life is innocent laughter and fun.

Because their viewpoints are just so opposite of the others. One side wants to put the region under one rule and the other side wants to keep the region independent for each area. If they agree then one side would have to change their viewpoint of which I not seen since the 200s.

It could happen but I don't really see it happening because there really isn't a compromise each side would agree to because the very different viewpoints on how things could work. The only way would be if an opposing side chaged their viewpoint.

No! Your OWN side should change viewpoint. There are groups, having leaders etc, they can change it. That's how it should work...

I never said my viewpoint or my side. I meant that one of the opposing sides which means both of them would have to change in order for them to come to a compromise of sorts.

On K-island, the distinction between business and military power isn't very clear; most of the KF businesses are armed quite heavily due to early power struggles...before everyone agreed just to get along. Hence the reason KF could lock up the only invading army in the island's history with no formal defense system.
The fact that the ENTIRE army had sleeping sickness didn't hurt either.

WOO!e Collective rules, and now they have something no-one else does! Which involves rubber.. (Now, you dirty minded people) And iron, and all the other things that make people travel faster. ! (Roller Blades.. jokes)

First on the island to my knowledge.

Yeah, but anyone who knows that region knows that there will never be such a compromise. The present "peace" is just the quiet before the storm, and there's alot more players in the game then just the MacGregors, Seatown, Krif and Drojf, I can think of at least 2 other "groups" that have a stake in the regions future, and that's not counting Pak with will probly end up being dragged into it in the future.

I have to say I'm also very happy with the progress that the Collective has made, the rest of the island is lucky the Collective is "neutral" unless attacked first.
