Hmmm. The ghost is 39. How long ago was CANTR last majorly changed?

Did I get it right?

No but it does have to do with a Cantr change.

Up until four months ago the ghost would have appeared 59.

That clue is probally more confusing than helpful.

Counting from the beginning of the game:
59 is how old the ghost would be if each year were 20 days...
39 is how old the ghost would be if each year were 30 days...

but why would the ghost count a year as 30 days? I know years have still been 20 days for the last 4 months...

The cantr ghost was born on Day 0 at zero years of age. That was the change made awhile back. There used to be only 20 years olds. There are two types of characters. Those born at 20 and those born at zero. We just don't have any born at zero beside this ghost.

Point of trivia..

There were six characters that were born at age 20 on day 400. Five are still living. These special six are the ones everyone marks there calendars by?

You should be able to spot them. Look for ones looking in thier fourites for the first time on day 800.

oh that's weird... i thought it would work by counting from the beginning and just adding on 20 to people's ages...

It used too. One of the many things that were done to prepare for (dare I say it too loud) babies.

Remember back when peoples' ages suddenly started appearing on the character sheets?

They weren't marked in years, either. Left it open to interpretation.

ghopsts and dead reappearing...

we had a body appear again after I had buried it a while ago. does that count? the dirt washed away with the rain. serves me right for buring the annoying neighbors in a gully.

Good explanation.

I think it may have to do with account expirations but I haven't looked into it. Adds a little variety. :)
