In fact they are technically vehicles, but they can be built anywhere except in another vehicle.

Well, I say technically buildings because they're listed as buildings, but I guess on the buildings and vehicles page they show up under the list of vehicles?

Yes. You should also still be able to see a "leave this location" button, even though you can't go anywhere.

Say you have a room that has a radio reciever and a steel cage... would you be able to heard the radio while being inside the cage?

I dont like this if you can have them sitting in town they should be able to be put on the main deck of a ship, if they are allowed on a vehicle at all.

I'm completely okay with that, I just want the option of being able to have them on a ship. Especially if you can have them on a vehicle. Because in my mind, a ship's more like a floating building than a vehicle.
