I'll do it anyways. My thanks to all of you who give your time and effort to making this thing work, you are doing so right now and I recognize that its not so much an occupation as much as it is love for the game.

I can only return that love...in a Christian way of course.

Be well

From staff member to staff team:

I want to congratulate the team for the humanistic quality that characterizes them. They know how to receive new members, train them, to overcome cultural and language difficulties, understand the limitations and, principally, to encourage the development of these same humanistic characteristics. It's been an honor and a pleasure to serve the community of Cantr II next to these great people.
Cantr II is a social simulator. What is not working is due a problem in the society.
Cantr is like Vegas - what happens in the game should be in the game.

Yup. And fortunately I'm in Finland... :) I might even have time to try and start playing Cantr again, at least for two weeks before I go back to work.

A huge thanks to all of the staff not only for getting the game back up and running, but also for helping run this game. A life without Cantr would be very depressing (as the past week proved).

Wich & colonel just posted! Bugger me.

Anyways, though I play no more, the staff don't ever get enough love from the players.

I certainly couldn't muster the dedication shown by many back when I was lending a hand.

If only more people had any idea the hours and effort that goes in...

So lots of luff & all that shizzle.

This is kinda related. I've noticed that in other similar gaming communities a lot of people like to smash talk cantr and the cantr staff. Sadly people who have never experienced the game only see these complaints and might even believe the rep in a lot of cases.

It makes me sad because I know that the people who are smash talking are always the ones that broke the rules and got caught for it.

Staff R friends. Except when they're grumpy. Then they're target practice.

Oddly enough, we get people that reference bad-mouth threads upon joining. I guess they wanted to see how bad it was for themselves. There's no such thing as bad publicity, I guess.

I've been reading some of the threads about tea (well mostly one), and I wanted say that the staff is still great. Don't listen to a few, all the staff do an awesome job.

The staff do a great job, from closely examining the game for CRBs to giving us interesting stats to maintaining order on the forum (I couldn't resist spamming sometimes, so I apologize). I also appreciate and want to thank all the staff that work behind the scenes and are rarely seen on the forums. Thanks for giving us this great game.

Genevieve wrote:Hey guys, after listening to some people rant in a bad way about us it made me feel good to know that at least we are doing something right.

I want to say a very special thank you to all my PD staff -- we aren't perfect but you guys are doing an awesome job. I am grateful every day for all of you!

We all work really hard and we aren't perfect by any means but we do our best every day to make this game better. We are grateful for all the players who are in the game as well and help us with suggestions, reports, etc. Thank you!!

Thanks for the amazing job that the people in the ProgD are currently doing. And also thanks to the people in the ProgD for keeping the game running over such a long time. Without you, we wouldn't need the other departments. :D
