Yes...I love his name and the name of his bike: The Psilocycle of Pherempus Cuenchbak. For some reason, his name reminds me of Luna's father in the Harry Potter series.

Terminal eyes, but I think it's alright

Yes it does now you mention it. I have seen the name Miss Whiner in game, I found that one pretty funny.
