New players tend to join the forums after feeling a need to discuss something that happened in Cantr, to announce a problem, ask questions or to comment on something that was said by someone else. People don't just register to say hi, tell nothing about themselves save for a name and then never log in again. If a person with the same username has an account on several forums and has 0 posts on each they have either gotten their posts deleted or then they only registered to access content only available to registered readers (which I don't think we have, save for staff forums).
