I would have to say Drojf, because it rules! and my favortie char is there....Quillanoi used to be one of my favorites, when I had Mi Yu there, before he was killed....it was so much fun to argue against insane people (no offense) I'd also have to say the Shambon area...for reasons I don't want to disclose for fear of a breach....

For me it's a tossup between Siom, Lad, and Krif, I can't really pick one because each are so different from the others and I have completly different reasons for likeing each of them.

My favorite place is NoComment which is right between Here and There. It didn't used to be a spawn location. Now everywhere is! All are welcome to live there but you'll have to find it on your own.

*grumbles at other topic* Deserts and mountians the worst places. HA. City folk. Don't know what they're missing.

Definitely Lad. One of my characters controls a 4-room building! (Okay, it is the prison, and he can't leave, but so what?)

i really like kwor. all of my characters who have been there hate it, but i think it's great from a player's perspective. basically, the hostility of kwor drives all the excting events on the continent. the place would be boring without kwor. and the whole steel race is really exciting. as for haily, not a very likable person, but props to who ever plays her.

Definately the Krif region, quite a busy region, full of opportunities and colourful people, intrigue, romance, violence, humour....Almost as good as LOTR.

Have to agree with Griogal about the area from the Krif Hills to Seatown. That whole area is awesome, and I too have gotten a kind of LOTR impression.

There is even a character named Turin Turambar somewhere in the Krif area.

The difference between LOTR and the KDS-region is that it isn't black and white. No one really knows who the actual good and bad guys are. Maynard is considered a bad guy, mainly because of his past. In the last 200 days however, he hasn't done an evil thing...at least nothing obvious.
The Rangers are supposed to be good guys, but a lot of talks have been going on about them as they seem to overstep their borders and abuse their authority.
Seatown Forest...hmmm, a grey area to say the least. Drojf is a melting pot, but mainly quite an innocent town, mainly because of their lack of defenses.
The Mac Gregors remain as elusive as ever, no one really knowing what they're up to.
Plaekur Forest West, that strange settlement with lots of things done, while almost no one ever talks. The perfect co-operation of people, everyone thinks the same way. They have secluded so far, but will it remain that way?

You caught that too? Yeah Silmarillion.

He's a Ranger, actually. and speaking of rangers:

I think (with the exeption of Gregor's unfortunate debacle in Krif) the rangers have been pretty good about not overstepping their authority. But it's interesting to see how Krif and certain rangers have squared off against each other.

And I will never give up hope in Karnon Forest. Never.

I'd have to say the Krif/SF/Drojf region as well. Always something interesting happening.........though rarely good. Lots of intrigue.

Blojt would have to be second on my list....lots of good characters......well, until many of them were killed of course.

Quillanoi is one of my favourites. Lots of opportunity there. They sure are hard on their politicians though. :? Naron/Lad of course hits the top of my list too. I have one there, very loyal. And one..........well, let's just say he escaped unnoticed. :P Siom region I find very dull. Why do most of my chars seem to spawn around there? Oh ya, Vrayllnuet Hills South. Can't forget that little gem. It's either hoppin or sleepin. Nice place though.

My soon to be favourite I shall not disclose. I have high expectations for a place I'm heading to. If I ever get there.

My favourite is probably Quillanoi, it's really interesting most of the time. In many ways it is the most "modern" insofar as it's similarity to real life.

I think it's important that places are fun to role-play in. Blojt was until the slaughter. :x Kirinn was until everyone left for iron...

Cantr City is fun. Working with Piers is quite interesting, he's a lot more reasonable than everyone makes out... although my other CC character didn't find that...

Oh and Karnon Forest is, well, interesting. I miss Blojt though... :(

My favorite town is Reniov Forest North...I always seem to like the odd places. The Emperor is cool, the business is nice..and everyone is one happy family really warm and closeknit ^.^
