... Well to Ray Mailly was a blatant criminal. Killed Krif's (more like his) Hero. He had plenty of reason for saying so. And that region s just a mess of webs and lies. So he left. Not that he'll be missed.

Oh don't worry. He'll be back one day. I know thats what all you want to hear.

He might even make some friends along the way. Never know.

Edit: Oh, and I didn't want to present it at the time anyways. I shouldn't have told that warmonger Eliza Day why I was disrespectful. If you happen to look back at all the events, shes the one that poped the bubble.

I'm confused as to how your character picked up that Maynard is a hero when as far as I can tell, texts in that region don't portray him as one, but they in fact portray Maily as one. ---Well he did say he learned all that from texts if I remember correctly.

The informants. One even had an interview with Maynard. Trust me, I made sure he believed what he read.

from what i heard it sounds like ray is a fairly well played overzealous nationalist. the consequences of his actions should be interesting. we'll see if they come to anything.

I think he's just basing his information on his old character, Rick. *shrugs*

And I've read through all the articles of the Informant, I don't think the magazine could make someone that overzealous. Even if that's the only source of his knowledge.

It also doesn't help that the region decided to squeeze down on Krif. He thinks that this is an old Japan in a sense. (not that he even knows about japan, but you know what I mean). He doesn't like be demilitarized, so he feels the need to challenge the other power sources in the area. And Nite, I guess you could think that. But if I were basing him on my other character Rick, I'd need a few tihngs. First a job in the KSF, a random reason for killing sleepers, then a public execution. Rick died a long time ago Nite. Check my other characters. They are all kind of alike. thanks to my super cool lack of personality I guess.

Perhaps I don't mean in occupation, but rather in traits and perhaps, a few knowledge slips?

Apart from the MacGregor's selective exportation of limestone (which puts other towns in a squeeze as well), I don't see why you're pointing to Krif as a specific example, anymore. It should be no worse off than Drojf, based on economic/political reasons [same council institution as well].

I was point out Krif in example because frankly Ray hates the other towns around him. Drojfs a bunch of ninnys who have to trick outside organizations to do thier dirty work so thier hands can seem clean. Seatown is where Mailly was from, and I actually didn't seem to have a problem with the MacGregors with this char. I think I even talked to Gregor a while before I left for Drojf.

Was Ray even alive when Maynard was killed?

No, Ray wasn't. But he did get to hear some of the story from the informants and a very tinsy bit from silverfoot.

As for the drojf comment... self explanitory.

No it's not. I've had chars in the region since Craktar was alive and I have no idea what you're talking about.

Of course, the news that you played Rick explains a lot about your attitude.

I hardly think that ninnies would be able to trick outsiders into handling their problems for them...

But really, I haven't seen any signs of Drojf being in on the nastieness around there, despite some research. I mean, unless you think the Rangers are a tool of Drojf's foreign policy...
