WHATS!!???! AS IF. I couldn't imagine anything -I- do ever breaking cantr, seeing as how for a good part of my life it's been my crack! I replaced drugs with cantr. Don't blame me! I blame the admins for claiming they can't do anything about it when I see them all as like uber gods.

And I blame the 1000x posters who probably make the people fixing go "meh" they can wait..

i cry, cuz i know if cantr is down for more than 48 hours there's a high chance it'll take me 3 weeks to really get back in and i'll lose half my chars from starvation :'(
tamara vasquez, zeus darwin, samuel tuton, man animal, prage, nacanmhdaweg... the list goes on..... they fell victim to a slow return from a lengthy downtime.....

Is time still actually ticking?

I was like 30mins from arriving where I want to be after days and days of travelling. Am I still going to have to wait 30 mins when the game does come back online??? :shock:

The server is down, how can it register anything, let alone projects/starvation etc?

Well I think it depends if time is based off server time or a separate tracking system. We have had a couple time stops, so I am guessing it is a separate process. Or the catch time function could have failed and gotten stuck. Someone should make a copy of the code and make a Moon of Cantr server! It would be like a colony expansion!

We can't contact the server. This does NOT mean that the server has crashed, it could mean that we can't find it. However, the fact that I haven't gotten the daily reports is a good sign that the server processes are stopped. Cantr clock may still be ticking, though (it's an independent process).
