I wonder if it should say: "I agree and I am over the age of 18." Cuz I mean, I heard the biggest problem with sexual stuff in cantr is that it may be done to a minor.

Exactly right. I've got "I am over 18 or have parental consent to play" as part of the above (which must be ticked to sign up).

Some people like to punch each other as a friendly greeting. (I am one of them.)
And others like to 'rape' each other as in just sneaking up one someone they regularly have sex with.
Could those be 'lighter' sides?

One of mine did that once. Q-Q It was pretty badly RPd though. lol. I know a good line for advertising. "Thanks to Cantr, I am now better at roleplaying such things as randomly grabbing people's breasts and squeezing them!"
