howso?

What's it made of? wood? well, that can last well over a century if in good conditions. Perhaps also sinew? sinew certainly wouldn't last 4 years, not even a year actually, but less than 20 days is too often to be replacing it.

I assume that deteriation is set for each item separately, but when I said bows, I was talking generally about bows as that seems to be the faster deteriorating group, so there would need to be different values for different kinds, certainly.

I had 80 days in mind for a hunting bow, or other full wood item, which to me doesn't seem unrealistic.

For a primitive bow, 30 to 35 days seems like a good compromise between realistic degradation and making it worth the effort.

Still though, I feel that degradation may benefit from being more drawn out.

(Perhaps these last few posts should be moved, as they relate more to deterioration than to bronze items)

What's funny is the Primitive bow takes MORE than 80 days to degrade, currently.

At least, I think so. *Stares at the value* That doesn't look lower than 80 to me...

But yes, complain elsewhere :P
