Then maybe if you could attack till the fatigue bar was half full, that would result in approx a 74% maximum damage dealt per day in the above example.

Hmmm... I don't know. I feel that as long as you have something left in your fatigue bar, you should be able to do something... but at the same time, we can't allow one-day kills...

Doing the number crunching, what would a 2 hit /person/day damage come to?

Crap, hang on, I screw that all up looking at the wrong number.

Attacking till half tiredness would make a maximum of 105% per day.

Two attacks a day comes out to 77%, combat effectivness doesn't make a dramatic drop till the third attack under the tiredness system.
