Happy New Day! Day 1000!!!

Just thought I'd post this thread to get some of the people that are pissed bout the changes to turn their frowns upside down lol (LAME)!
I'm not too sure if the 1000th day is significant to anything or not but it's still pretty cool. Also I'm a little confused.
If it's been 1000 days, and there are 20 days in a cantr yr then wouldn't it be cantrs 50th yr? If this is right (which I doubt) Then why have I seen 60+ yr olds?

that is right. it'll be 50 cantr years since the game started. there are a few 60+ years old around here and there, althought there aren't very many left (i think jos released some statistics on that somewhere fairly recently). john woodhouse in quill is one i can think of offhand.

If you're asking why there's 60 year olds, even though cantr has only been around for 50 cantr yeats, it's because every character gets 20 off the bat. So, I guess someone COULD be turning 70 tomorrow... but I don't think it will happen.

Day 1000 is a great day! 50 years and I can't wait to see what Cantr looks like in the next 50!

Yeah!! *jumps up and down for her charrie* This is a day for my charries to celebrate. The day we should celebrate is Cantr's um 4th year....I think it will be 4....yeah 4th year of being online!! Now when will that be?

Almost a year from now. The 3rd anniversary wasn't long ago.
Oh, and for anyone trying to calculate how long Cantr has been online by the dates... Don't bother. If you forgot or did not know, Cantr has been offline a few times. Real time still progresses, even if Jos freezes the game.
