I'm always afraid that I'll be recognized for playing several characters, because I always fall into a very distinctive manner of writing their descriptions, particularly when they're chars I really care about. I have to make a conscious effort to not make them sound similar in phrasing, style, and organization.
Anybody else got a similar issue?

I don't think it is anything to be too concerned with unless you are just wanting to ensure your charries are different. If anyone figures out multiple charries you play it should not make a difference in game as that is OOC info. Myself I enjoy figuring out who plays multiple charries mine know. So I like it when players hunt at the same time every day with all their charries or speak the same way.

Most have something if you look hard/get to know someone well enough? A few people have easily distinctive styles or tells and like bnlphan I just like spotting them and seeing their other chars in action.
It's just part of it. As long as they don't act and look exactly the same it's all good.
